As the “RefTec Warranty Repair Center” for the southern United States it is our job to get the warranty unit repaired and returned to the customer as quickly as possible. Since the introduction of the Diablo, we have checked one. I say checked because we did no repair. The customer had plugged the unit into 230 volts by mistake and sent it in to be checked out. “There was nothing wrong with the unit, it had survived the high voltage.  The Diablo unit like all the other RefTec equipment is guality designed to do the job when it needs to be done. When it is time to repair a RefTec unit, the parts are available and affordable, making the RefTec line of equipment a true value for many years of service.
